Biography
Adam Scobie has been an Instructor for the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Program at Housatonic Community College since 2017. He is a Tool Maker with 15 years of experience in Manufacturing with extensive knowledge ranging from conventional machining to intricate CNC machining. He has facilitated the design and production of numerous prototype projects. Some of these projects include jet engines, helicopter auxiliary fuel system molds, a solar collector fixture, and a vibratory machine for pharmaceuticals. Adam is presently teaching CNC, Metrology, and Blueprint reading while pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
