The 120-hour program is designed to teach the foundational concepts within precision manufacturing and the supportive knowledge required for an entry level position. The course provides theoretical concepts as well as the hands-on skills components in the state-of-the-at manufacturing laboratory.  The Introduction to Manufacturing program also provides an opportunity for National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) credentials. Content includes:

  • Semi-Precision and Precision Measurement
  • Safety• Machine Technology
  • CNC Technology
  • Measurement, Material and Safety NIMS
