A New Approach to Advancing Skills & Experience in Precision Machining & Inspection

 The CNC program is a unique and intensive training experience that improves a manufacturing employee’s effectiveness on the shop floor. The program works simultaneously in multiple content areas in an all-in-one mode.  Incumbent manufacturing employees will learn CNC programming, CNC setup, complex work holding, fixture development, CAM, print interpretation, GD&T, Lean Mfg., inspection, shop mathematics, and process planning.  The program offers 3 levels of training to address the varying knowledge and abilities of students.  The levels begin with: (1) critical basics, (2) intermediate, and culminate with (3) 4 & 5 axis machining and Mastercam 2017.  All 3 levels involve the production of a complete and functional multi-part assembly.
