This online course offers an overview of grant writing basics focusing on foundation grants for individuals new to grant procurement and grant preparation.  Learners will receive instruction on grant writing careers, grant writing resources, collecting the required information, writing sections of the common grant application form, searching for grants, and completing grant reporting forms. Students will be expected to post responses to three discussion questions each week to demonstrate course mastery.  No textbook required.  Materials provided by instructor.
