College Classes Available at Milford’s Jonathan Law High School

On Monday and Wednesday evenings, college credits can be earned by taking classes at Jonathan Law High School in Milford. Housatonic Community College will offer classes in Economics, English, History, Algebra, Philosophy, and Psychology. Classes start on Monday, August 29. All classes will earn 3 credits.

Introduction to College Writing and Algebra Foundations will meet on both Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:50 p.m. Principles of Macroeconomics will meet on Monday and Microeconomics will meet on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9:45 p.m.

U. S. History, Intermediate Algebra, and General Psychology will meet on Monday evenings, at 7 p.m.

On Wednesday evenings, students can take Composition, meeting at 6:30 p.m. or Introduction to Philosophy meeting at 7 p.m.

Students can register for classes at HCC on Lafayette Blvd. in Bridgeport. Help is available for academic advising and Financial Aid. In addition to regular HCC hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. extended registration is available on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 17, and 25 when offices will be open until 7 p.m.
